Which iPads are 2360 × 1640?
This is the most widely shared iPad screen: the 11-inch iPad Air (M2 and later), the 4th and 5th generation iPad Air, iPad (A16) and iPad (10th generation) all use it. Settings › General › About shows your Model Name.

A square as long as the screen's long side fills it in portrait and landscape, so iPadOS never has to zoom the picture when you rotate it. Which part of the wallpaper is always visible?
The centre 1640 × 1640 square. Keep the subject there and it stays on screen in both orientations.
Is the 11-inch iPad Pro the same size?
No. The 11-inch iPad Pro is a little larger (2420 × 1668) and has its own page.
How do I set a wallpaper on iPad?
Open the downloaded image in Photos, tap the share button, choose Use as Wallpaper, then tap Add. You can use it for the Lock Screen, the Home Screen or both.
