Which iPads are 2160 × 1620?
The 10.2-inch iPad, 7th to 9th generation, has a 4:3 screen at 2160 × 1620, the one with the Home button. The 10th generation and later models are 2360 × 1640 and have their own page. Settings › General › About shows your Model Name.
iPad wallpapers are square because the Lock Screen and Home Screen turn with the iPad. A square as long as the screen's long side fills it in portrait and landscape, so iPadOS never has to zoom the picture when you rotate it. Keep the subject in the middle: the centre square the size of the short side is always on screen.
Other sizes: iPad Pro 13-inch wallpapers, iPad Air 13-inch & iPad Pro 12.9-inch wallpapers, iPad Pro 11-inch wallpapers, iPad Air 11-inch & iPad wallpapers, iPad mini wallpapers.
