DMCA and copyright

We respect the work of artists and photographers. If you believe a wallpaper on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, email hello@iphoneswallpaper.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. We review every notice and remove material that infringes.

What to include

Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a notice should contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine by email).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, with a link to the original if it's online.
3. The link to each wallpaper page on this site that you want removed.
4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

Once we receive a complete notice, we disable access to the wallpaper and reply to confirm. If the person who supplied the wallpaper sends a valid counter-notice, we may restore it as the law allows, and we'll let you know.
